Street Food Circus presents the first ever Pleasure Gardens at Pembrey County Park taking place on June 21st & 22nd the Summer Equinox.. A weekend celebration of food, family, circus and good times in a park by the Sea.
STREET FOOD
We’ve curated a line up of the best street food traders in the business. Travel the world one dish at a time with our award winning traders from across the globe. From the most banging burgers to delicious desserts cooked by people passionately perfecting that one dish. We will be hosting the Welsh Street Food Awards at this event where you vote for Wales best trader!
Come together to feast around long tables inside our Circus Big Top Diner or bring a blanket and join Wales biggest picnic blanket
FAMILY FUN
Our events are aimed for families who love delicious dining in a fun festival atmosphere. We call it a “Feastival” . We're like a giant village fete with a modern twist. Activities and shows at pleasure gardens include: The World’s Biggest Bouncy Castle, Mexican Wrestling, The Incredibly Clever Canine Circus, The Big Bubble Disco, Splatch Circus School, Axe Throwing, Kiss My Put Crazy Golf, The Roller Disco and an incredible Saturday evening Fire Show Finale from the Pembrokeshire Fire Spinners more fun to be announced.
Within Pembray County Park there are loads of extra activities to enjoy: dry ski slopes, toboggan rides, miniature train rides, adventure play areas, pump tracks, bike rides and a variety of nature trails. Plus 8miles of golden sands and beaches.
SESSIONS
The Pleasure Gardens runs in sessions, you ticket covers you for one session and you can arrive at anytime within the session, entertainment is repeated each session.
Saturday
Session 1: 10am-4pm
Session 2: 4pm-10pm (includes fire show finale)
Sunday
Session 1: 10am-3pm
Session 2: 3pm-8pm
CAMPING WEEKENDER
Pembrey County Park has a campsite and caravan park which means you can turn your visit into a big summer break. The site is a unique blend of coast and countryside with eight miles of golden sands and 500 acres of Green Flag awarded woodlands.

We are open:
Saturday 10:30 - 22:00
Sunday 10:30 - 20:00

HOW DO I GET THERE?
CAR: Pembrey Country Park (SA16 0EJ) has excellent road communications. Situated just off the main A484 road between Carmarthen and Llanelli. The M4 junction 48 is just a short hop to the east of Llanelli (approx. 30 minutes away) and the A40 covers the approach west and north of Carmarthen.
BIKE: Cycling Access to the country park on foot or bicycle is FREE. Journey along the beautiful National Cycle Network Route 4 (Celtic Trail West), which follows the Carmarthenshire County coastline from the river Loughor in the east, to Pendine in the west.
TRAIN: Pembrey & Burry Port station is a 1hr walk from the site or a 10min car ride
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Parking is paid with Pembrey County Park and costs £8.50 per day, you can pre book parking via the Pembrey Park website or pay on exit using machines on the day.
DO YOU HAVE CAMPING?
The event does not have a campsite however you can camp in the park, a stones throw from the event site prebook your campsite pitch here
IS IT DOG FRIENDLY?
Dogs are welcome on all sessions but, at a limited capacity. It is essential to book a free dog pass online and adhere to the following requirements.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times
- Not everyone likes dogs so only well behaved dogs welcome, no dangerous or banned dog breeds
- Bring your poop bags and make sure it’s binned
- If your dog(s) behaviour is unruly or dangerous to other dogs or customers you may be asked to leave at the discretion of the events team.
- We reserve the right to turn dogs away at any time if we believe they are at risk of causing stress, anxiety or danger to themselves, other dogs or
people on the day.
IT’S RAINING WILL THE EVENT STILL BE RUNNING?
We open come rain or shine and rest assured we have some covered areas. These areas are protected from the weather however not 100% waterproof. Especially if the rain is horizontal! We are an outdoor venue so we strongly advise dressing appropriately for the weather. “There's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothing.”
DO YOU HAVE A TIME LIMIT ON RESERVATIONS?
We run our event in sessions. Your session time will correlate to the time on the ticket. If you want to stay longer you can purchase multiple sessions or even let us know on the day that you need more time and we can try to fit you into the next session.
CAN YOU BUY A TICKET AT THE DOOR?
It is strongly advised that you buy your ticket in advance as most of our sessions run at full capacity. However, we do take walk-ins and always do our best to squeeze you if we can. We cannot guarantee entry if you haven't pre-bought a ticket.
DO YOU GIVE TICKET REFUNDS?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on tickets.
WE’RE GOING TO BE LATE - WHAT SHALL WE DO?
It happens to us all, don't worry! As long as you arrive within your session time you will be allowed onsite.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?
We are a cashless event and we advise that you bring a card as well as a phone just in case you run out of battery. The traders are contracted not to take cash so we ask that you respect the events terms and conditions and be ready with your card.
HOW DO WE ORDER FOOD AND DRINK?
Food and drink is ordered directly from the trader.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
We are a family friendly event and children are very welcome to all sessions except our adult only session on a Friday evening which will be clearly labelled as such at time of purchase. Friday night sessions are reserved for + 16 years. Children must be accompanied by an adult supervised at all times.
IS THE EVENT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
The event takes place in the archery field at Pembrey Park which is a flat green field, please be aware of weather conditions, disabled toilets are available.
